Bertram C. Edelstein,
Ph.D.
Bertram C. Edelstein, Ph.D., is an Organizational Psychologist and has served as president of The Edelstein Group, an international consulting firm, since 1987. Dr. Edelstein has served as Consulting Director for Executive Programs at the University of California, San Diego-Extension (UCSD) and as a Lead Faculty member in the Executive Program for Scientists and Engineers (EPSE). Also at UCSD, he taught in the Healthcare Executive Leadership Program (HELP). The Edelstein Group conducted a 360-degree assessment for the participants in both the EPSE and HELP programs. He has served as an adjunct faculty member in the Industrial and Organizational Psychology doctoral program at the California School of Professional Psychology. Formerly, he was a consultant for the Kaiser Permanente Medical Group, and Management Assistant for the U.S. Energy Research and Development Administration at the Argonne National Laboratory. AssociatesPeggy Hanley, M.B.A.
Peggy Hanley, M.B.A., is an Organizational Consultant with over
fifteen years experience assisting executives implement major change efforts. She
has served as Vice President of Quality for SHARP HealthCare, a large integrated
system, where she led five staff departments. She served as coach to the senior
executive team and facilitated the re-design of over half the organization. Ms.
Hanley also served as the creator of an executive development program for the
City of San Diego in her role as Senior Consultant and Supervisor for the Organization
Effectiveness Program. She led numerous large scale change projects for the City
and implemented plans to improve service to customers through both training and
incentive programs. Prior to joining The Edelstein Group, Ms. Hanley served
as a consultant for Rensis Likert & Associates and taught graduate courses
in Organization Theory at San Diego State University. She frequently serves as
a speaker at national meetings and has recently appeared with Peter Senge in a

. Sharon R. Davidson, M.A., M.S.
Sharon R. Davidson, M.A., M.S. is an Organization Consultant with
over 12 years experience consulting to technology, manufacturing and health care
organizations. Ms. Davidson has served as an Organization Effectiveness
Consultant to SHARP HealthCare and UCSD Medical Center, which included consultation
on executive and team development. She has also implemented major reorganization
and work design efforts and has utilized organization surveys for organization
diagnosis and problem solving for a wide range of clients. Prior to joining
The Edelstein Group, Ms. Davidson was a Consulting Associate with Rensis Likert
& Associates and Jerry Franklin & Associates. She was responsible for

Stashower, M.A. Keren
Stashower is an organization development consultant specializing in strategic
organizational assessment and design of large-scale planning and change efforts.
She works with clients at all organizational levels to support effective organizational
growth. She has provided executive coaching, designed and conducted management
development training programs, facilitated strategic planning and teambuilding
retreats, designed customer service and employee satisfaction surveys and facilitated
large group discussions. Keren has also facilitated key interdisciplinary or cross-functional
organizational efforts to ensure project outcomes are timely and thorough. Keren
served as the Director of Organization Effectiveness for Sharp HealthCare. She
provided services to 5 hospitals and 3 medical groups, including design of a physician/
executive leadership development program, a supervisory training program and redesign
of several key departments. She also served as Director of Quality for a major
medical group. As a member of the executive leadership team, she was responsible
for design of organizational systems and structures that supported collection,
dissemination and use of quality data to improve overall performance. She designed
and implemented a large-scale change effort aimed at improving service delivery,
with demonstrable results. She managed a diverse staff of 33 healthcare professionals. Keren's
clients have included Sea World, Nokia, the San Diego Zoological Society, Sharp
HealthCare, UCSD Medical Center, Cal State San Marcos, Planned Parenthood, the
City of Berkeley, the Commission for Children, Youth and Families, the County
Water Authority, Children's Hospital, and the City of San Diego. She works is
a trainer and speaker for Pfizer and Bayer Pharmaceuticals. She assisted the County

Julia Collins, M.B.A., SPHR
Julia Collins, M.B.A., SPHR, has been a member of The Edelstein
Group since 1993. Ms. Collins coordinates large projects and specializes in data
development and its statistical interpretation for a workplace environment. Prior
to joining The Edelstein Group, Ms. Collins was Director of Administration and
Human Resources for Project Concern International, a not-for-profit healthcare
organization, where she was responsible for leading the Human Resources, Administration,
Information Systems, and Accounting groups. She has more than ten years'
experience working with organizations and corporations in Mexico, and has developed
and implemented training and coaching programs for various Mexico-based organizations.

Michael D. Madera, Psy.D., is a senior consultant and has been
affiliated with The Edelstein Group since 1999. Previously, he worked
in business and clinical settings, specializing in adult personality and development,
cultural diversity, and the integration of technology and groupware in organizations.
Dr. Madera serves as the president of the New England Society for Applied
Psychology. Dr. Madera coordinates The Edelstein Group's Pre-employment Assessment

Lewis R. Stern, Ph.D.
Lewis R. Stern, Psy.D., is an organizational psychologist with over 25 years experience as an executive coach, organization development consultant and consulting psychologist.
Dr. Stern has served as president of Focus Consulting and Stern Consulting, vice president of ODI and senior vice president of Manchester Consulting. He is co-founder and past-president of the New England Society for Applied Psychology, chairman of the board of The Executive Coaching Forum, and director of the professional executive coaching certificate program at the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology.
Dr. Stern is a licensed psychologist in Massachusetts and a Certified Health Service Provider. He has served as an adjunct faculty guest lecturer in business, management, and organization behavior and development at many colleges and universities.

Robert Bonnevie, Psy.D
Robert P. Bonnevie, Psy.D. is a licensed psychologist with over fifteen years’ experience consulting across a wide variety of industries from technology firms to manufacturing and financial services companies. These organizations range in size from Fortune 100 corporations to smaller entrepreneurial ventures. In addition to his clinical and career counseling background, Dr. Bonnevie's areas of expertise include management assessment, leadership development, executive coaching, conflict/change management, and workplace violence interventions. He is on the Management Division faculty at Babson College where he teaches Organizational Behavior and Leadership. Dr. Bonnevie has also been instrumental in the development and delivery of Babson’s unique Coaching for Leadership and Teamwork Program.
Over the years, Dr. Bonnevie has assessed hundreds of executives and managers being considered for selection or promotion/development. He has played an integral role in helping organizations address human resource needs during times of strategic growth and change. Marnix Ryckaert, M.A., Lic. Psy.
Marnix Ryckaert is an Industrial Psychologist from the State University
of Ghent, Belgium. He also enrolled in several management courses at INSEAD (Fontainebleu,
France), IMD (Switzerland) and he is a fellow of the American Institute for International
Studies in Management (Salzburg, Austria). He has been affiliated with The Edelstein
Group since 1988. He served as an expert in Human Resources for the Belgian
Foreign office before accepting an international research assignment at the State
University of Ghent. He subsequently became a senior consultant with the consulting
firm RHR International with assignments all over Europe. He now manages his own
firm, MACO International. His management consulting practice is global in
scope. His clients are multinationals as well as local, national companies. He
serves different industrial sectors and he is frequently invited to give lectures
in the business and university community. He operates in English, French, German,
Flemish and he has a passive knowledge of Portuguese. His consulting practice
includes work on executive assessment, organisational change programs, leadership
development, international team building, management issues related to intercultural
